Monday Motivation From Our Own Miracle Man

willie2016Motivation Monday: Miracle Man – Willie Cottle 4 years later!

If you’ve been a long time Mark Bric Display customer, you may remember that back in April of 2012 one of our employees, Willie Cottle, was blessed by the life giving gift of a liver from an Organ Donor. He astounded his physicians by being up and able to leave the hospital just three days after his transplant!

Today, four years later he is still a walking miracle. He is not just surviving but thriving! He is enjoying the good things in life. Willie loves going to church and enjoys spending time with the love of his life, his wife, Tracy. He has said, “There is nothing better than having grandchildren!” He treasures spending time with his three well-loved grandsons: Zion (“Zizzy Zi”), Zechariah (“Buddy”), and Zavier (“Trey”). Believe it or not, mild mannered Willie also enjoys riding his motorcycle…a Harley, of course!

Around the office and the warehouse, Willie is a constant source of encouragement. He distributes countless smiles daily – free of charge! He says ever since the transplant, his motto has been, “Bounce Back! Because no matter what life throws your way, you can Bounce Back!” He donates his time speaking to various groups about the importance of organ donation and the hard work and care individuals receiving a donation must commit to doing post-surgery. He will be forever thankful to his donor. Willie would also like to remind you: It doesn’t have to be Organ Donor Awareness Month (April) for you to decide to be an organ donor! Be a blessing! Give the gift of life to someone! #mondaymotivation
