With the big Consumer Electronic Show blackout in Las Vegas this month trade shows made the national news. Granted it was more about the irony of the biggest electronics show being without power, rather than the science and art of exhibiting, quality displays, and the merit of trade shows themselves! The short lived, two-hour power outage (which probably seemed like an eternity to those paying for show space) managed to trend on twitter with #CESBlackout and #CESBlackout2018 .
As a significant part of the US economy, I am surprised trade shows, with their vast number of attendees and exhibitors annually, don’t show up in the news more often. If only trade shows could be in the news and trend on social media for the right reasons. It would be nice to see various shows and exhibitors highlighted for their positive contributions. There is just so much noise in the never ending quest to get noticed.
Well, despite the lack of media coverage, Mark Bric Display will keep valiantly helping the organizations with which we partner gain attention by providing them with excellent design services and quality customer relationships with each and every trade show exhibit we provide. We take care of all of our customers with services and exhibits tailored to each client’s unique needs.
We specialize in custom exhibits that are modular and reconfigurable so that our clients can use and re-use display elements as their trade show exhibiting programs grow. We have clients who start with 10’ x 10’ display spaces and others that have larger island exhibit areas. Regardless of revenue, all of our clients, big or small, have access to our free, 3D, full-color rendering services so they can see what their exhibit will look like before purchasing and all have the option to choose service offerings like installation and dismantle of their exhibit at the show or storage options for their exhibits in between shows.
Recently we did an exhibit, for Prince George County, in which our USA headquarters resides. After attending the Promat show in Chicago as part of their efforts to drive economic growth, Jeff Stoke, Deputy County Administrator and Director of Economic Development stated, “The team at Mark Bric was wonderful to work with. Every aspect of the process was customized for our needs. I am thankful to be able to work with a successful Prince George County, VA business to help attract future businesses to our community.”
The county is not one of our larger clients but, like all clients, they received the same quality display products, services, and stellar customer service attention. Of course Prince George County is near and dear to Mark Bric Display’s heart as we work here and many of our employees live in the county too. Its success is our success. But hey, Mark Bric Display says that about all of its clients! Whether they end up on national news or not, trade show exhibiting really is for everyone.
